Commercial property owner lookup for North Carolina
Last verified: July 2026
A map that answers "who owns this property?"
If you know where the property is, you can skip the county database and click the parcel. NC CRE Map covers every commercial parcel in North Carolina, plus residential parcels in Mecklenburg and Wake counties, and each one shows its owner of record on click.
What the owner lookup returns
- Owner of record. The person or entity on the county tax or GIS record, with the property address and mailing address when returned.
- LLC context. For an entity owner, review the people or entities filed with the North Carolina registry when the records support a match.
- Recorded public records. Review property details and recorded financing or lien information when returned. These are research records, not a title search or payoff statement.
- Optional contact lookup. Run an intentional phone and email lookup only when the property is worth working. Returned results retain their DNC, TCPA, and line-type indicators.
- Client-ready work. Save the property, assign it to a client search, add notes and outcomes, or export a formatted record to Excel or your existing CRM.
From address to prospect
- Find. Search an address or explore the map until the property card matches the parcel you want to understand.
- Understand. Read the owner, LLC, public-record, deed, and financing context before spending a managed lookup.
- Organize. Save the property generally, or assign it to the right client and wanted-property search.
- Work. Add notes, log outcomes, reveal contact information when appropriate, and export the finished record when it belongs in Excel or another CRM.
Coverage and cost
- North Carolina commercial property research in one map-first workspace.
- Property, owner, LLC, and public-record context is not metered.
- The base subscription is $50/month for 2 seats, with approximately 50 contact lookups and 15 financing pulls included each month.
- The $50 plan is designed for normal use; add-on packs are optional for unusually busy months, with typical usage intended to stay under $100.
What this is not
NC CRE Map is not a title company, lender, consumer reporting agency, or national comps database. It does not guarantee that a contact is the right party, that a phone number is reachable, or that a financing record is current. Verify important facts independently and follow all rules that apply to your outreach.
