Try it free

Sign up, find a parcel, and spend your free reveals on real prospects. Nothing to configure.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with an email and password. No card, no API key, no vendor account.

  2. Find a parcel

    Search an address or pan the map. Owner of record is free on every parcel, before you spend anything.

  3. Reveal the owner

    Click Reveal owner on a parcel held by an LLC. The entity on title becomes the people on file with the NC Secretary of State. Your trial includes 5 reveals on us.

  4. Trace the person, pull the loan

    Run a skip-trace for phone and email (5 free) or pull the recorded financing (2 free). Every number arrives flagged DNC/TCPA before you dial.

North Carolina only. 55 of 100 counties live today, 437k commercial parcels, more counties added as their data clears quality checks.

Do I need an API key or a data vendor account?
No. There is nothing to connect. Lookups run inside the app and count against your free trial or your monthly allotment.
What does the free trial include?
5 owner reveals, 5 skip-traces, and 2 loan lookups. No card required. They are yours for the life of the account and never expire.
What does $50 a month include?
The statewide map, unlimited owner reveals, a monthly allotment of skip-trace and loan lookups, CRM export, and 2 seats.
Is it compliant to call people?
The data is public-records sourced and marketing-permissible. Every phone comes flagged for DNC and line type (mobile / landline), and the app shows these flags. Scrub DNC-flagged numbers before dialing, and treat every result as an unverified right party.
Can I use the app without paying?
Yes. The map, parcel cards, owner of record, saving, and notes all work free, and your trial reveals never expire. Export opens up when you subscribe.
